OUR PREFERRED DELIVERY METHOD

• Two coached sessions per week: Coaching delivered in an Open Gym format. 
• Train with the Coach sessions: Coordinated with your coach on a weekly basis, it's a good time to get tips, ask questions and train with the group.
• Anytime access to NBWA club: Within their scheduled opening hours. 
• Goal setting sessions: To make sure we have an understanding about your lifestyle, priorities, values... and how we can help you reach full power!
• Tailor made programming: Recreational, competitive or elite, programming can be adjusted to suit your ability, weekly schedule and personal goals.
• Competition Handling: Subject to scheduled competition dates.

Pricing for adults (over 18) is $19.00 per week

Pricing for youths (under 18) is $15.00 per week
